GAMING

The work below was not part of any professional job that I handled but more along the lines of hobby work. I frequently played an MMORPG game called Final Fantasy XIV. A larger online game played with other gamers. During my time playing the game, I was part of a group that would regularly play together. As well, we would regularly throw events together for ourselves and other players. Below is the graphic work I did for various things revolving around the game and our group.
Logo

Starting off, our group had me design a logo for ourselves. Originally, when we were just starting off as a small group of friends, we called ourselves "Raid Out," but after some time, as we grew and added more members, we changed our name to "Nova." The logo on the left was my first design, while we were using our original name, but after we updated our name, I made the logo on the right to match the change.
One of my friends approached me, asking for a personal logo design for him. Something he could use for his personal posts and signatures. I came up with several iterations based on his initials, then mixed and matched ideas with him, and finally came up with this. An icon comprised of his initials "G" and "J."

Among some of the events that we hosted included the "Eorzea Olympics." The idea was to put together a small group of mini-games for other players and hand out prizes to the winners. Each one of us came up with a minigame, and this was mine. A scavenger hunt in the style of a secret agent mission. I would hand out these images to the contestants, and they would have to find members of our group based on the information and their knowledge of the games' maps.
The first image was the logo our group asked me to put together for the event itself. The second was the prototype image I made for the scavenger hunt. Below are the final images I used in the actual competition.

Lastly, I often recorded videos of things we did together in games, edited them, and posted them on our social media platforms. Nothing particularly complicated. Mainly just clips from the videos with small face avatars of our characters flashing to show those talking. Easy work, but also fairly lengthy and tedious. Below are some small clips from the videos, as well as the face icons I used.
